It is currently not possible to change your EZ-PAY profile email address. Our developers are currently working on implementing this feature.
You can cancel your existing EZ-PAY profile and create a new one with a new email address.
Please note that if you have any Smart Reminders and Smart Payments active on any account, you will need to disable those first before you can cancel your profile.
