To cancel/delete your EZ-PAY profile, log onto your account and go to the My Profile page.
Please note that if you have any Smart Reminders and Smart Payments active on any account, you will need to disable those first before you can cancel your profile.
At the bottom there is a Cancel My Account link. On a mobile device you may need to scroll down.
