US Customers
- In the United States, the service fee is a set dollar amount ($3.99, $4.99, etc). The rates are the same no matter what payment type you decide to use. For example paying a $250 bill with your credit card and the biller has set a service fee of $3.99, will cost you $253.99. Paying a bill for $100 using your bank account and the biller has set a service fee of $3.99 will cost you $103.99.
- The service fee will go to KUBRA EZ-PAY and the bill amount paid will go directly to the biller.
Canadian Customers
- In Canada, the service fee is regulated by the government and is calculated using a percentage of the payment amount. There are different rates depending on the type of card being used. You have the option of paying by credit card or Visa Debit.
Paying by Visa Debit - In Canada, there is a fixed rate service fee of 0.75% when paying by Visa Debit card. In other words, you are charged $0.75 per $100. A $250 bill will cost $1.87.
Paying by Credit Card - In Canada, there is a fixed rate service fee of 1.75% when paying by credit card. In other words, you are charged $1.75 per $100. A $250 bill will cost $4.40.
- The service fee will go to KUBRA EZ-PAY and the bill amount paid will go directly to the biller.
Please note: There is no service fee for some billers.
